- Background
- One of the drawback of sampling destructive inspection often applied for heat treatment inspection is not be able to guarantee the quality of entire products. Also has a risk of product wastage, once any defect is found.
- Our proposal and outcomes

Achieved full inspection by installing eddy current system at the end of the manufacturing process, and so sampling destructive inspection was abolished. The sensor moves axially step by step, so that multiple section can be inspected.
CASE02
Material mix-up inspection for transmission gear
- Background
- The raw material of running product was changed, and so 100% inspection was essential in order to avoid any mix-ups.

As our inspection devices commonly has I/O connection, Just simply installed into the running production system. Defect outflow was 100% prevented.
CASE03
Heat treatment inspection for bearings
- Background
- Required 100% inspection for induction hardening and also cycle time was limited as great amount of daily production.

We suggested using slider and through- type sensor in order to save inspection cycle time. As the inspected object does not need to stay in the sensor, achieved inspection time 3 pieces par second.
